Almost fit Questions Can any sauna plug into a normal outlet? Only small infrared models. A normal 120V, 15A circuit supplies about 1,800 watts, which is enough for most one- and two-person infrared cabins and not enough for a stove-and-stones heater of normal size.
Should the outlet be on its own circuit? Makers recommend it. If a fridge or space heater shares the circuit, the breaker can trip mid-session.
